The Quality Policy implementation is achieved by means

- Developing and improving the quality management system in
compliance with ISO 9001:2008, GOST R ISO 9001-2008 and STO Gazprom
9001-2006 requirements at the company's plants.
- Regular monitoring the Customer's needs behaviour and taking
preparatory measures to meet those needs.
- Ensuring leadership of managers at all levels as well as
authorising employees concerned to fulfill their
responsibilities.
- Strict observing and continuous improving the engineering and
manufacturing procedures, ensuring prompt and comprehensive product
quality control.
- Selection of and continuous fruitful collaboration on a
reciprocal basis with a number of reliable suppliers, providing
high quality starting materials and component parts.
- Development of employees' professional skills, competence and
individual responsibility through continuous improvement of
knowledge and qualifications.
- Establishing a work system which enables each employee,
performing his part of works in product development process, to
address an employee, working at the next stage of the process, as
his relevant consumer, and to provide a level of work quality
expected by that latter.
- Prevention of any nonconformity occurrence at all stages of the
product life cycle.
