What we need to know
In order to process your request promptly and completely, please
provide us with the following information:
- Name of the automation object or legal entity;
- Technical staff contact information;
- Detailed problem description (in case of the product failure,
fix the failure time and describe the staff actions prior to the
failure);
- Versions, production serial numbers (in case of the
failure);
- Additional diagnostic data (e.g. in case of the failure,
provide OS records, screenshots of dialog boxes, screenshots of
component statistics program windows, description of equipment
panel indication signals, etc).
