The company's testing laboratory in partnership with specialized
testing centers offers a full range of testing required by
operating conditions of an electronic device or a line of
devices.
Types of testing services:
- Functional tests of production.
- Environmental tests (climatic tests).
- Electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety tests (at
certified laboratories).
- Electromechanic tests.
Testing is carried out in accordance with available or provided
procedures. In addition, specialized quality and reliability test
procedures may be implemented.
Testing involves the use of specialized tooling, bench testing
equipment and automated units. Environmental testing is performed
in thermal chambers within temperatures range from -60 °C to +100
°C.
Our facilities are properly equipped for running trials of
electronic devices and detecting any potential early failures,
resulting from hardware defects or manufacturing errors. Trials
involve application of minimum and maximum temperatures, voltage
and power. Device testing almost completely eliminates the risk of
any in-operation breakdowns.
