Description
InfinityWebRouter is intended for integration of runtime and
history process data of geographically distributed industrial
enterprises into a unified information space.
Data transportation
- Data transportation between geographically distributed data
sources and client applications;
- Integration of WebRouter servers into a unified transport
network of random structure;
- Option of defining of optimal data delivery routes;
- Mass data delivery - up to 200 000 tag a second;
- Integration of address space of data sources connected to
transport network ;
- Access to runtime process data via OPC DA;
- Access to process events via OPC AE;
- Access to history process data via OPC HAD;
- Access to process events history via specialized events and
alarms history transmission protocol HAE;
- Access to files via HTTP.
InfinityWebRouter components:
- InfinityWebRouter Server (WebRouter server) - module of data
collection and transportation:
- Interaction with next WebRouter servers via (specialized
protocol based on TCP/IP - WebRouterProtocol);
- Integration of address space of all data sources connected to
WebRouter network;
- Client requests routing;
- Calculation of optimal data transportation routes.
- InfinityWebRouter Client (WebRouter client) - module of
interaction with client-end applications-data consumers:
- Grants access to data via a corresponding protocol;
- Re-directs client requests to adjusted WebRouter server;
- Controls connection with WebRouter server. In case of
connection failure recovers it automatically and demands necessary
data.
Use and maintenance
- Visual aids of system configuration and administration;
- System diagnostic aids;
- Remote system administration and diagnostics.
Reliability and security
- Data transportation via instable link channels (including
Internet);
- Load of different data types transmission distribution between
several WebRouter servers;
- WebRouter server backup option;
- Automatic recovery of connection between WebRouter network
components after connection failure;
- Search of alternative data delivery route after connection
failures;
- Detailed parameter setting of home protocol (connection tests
interval, respond expectation timeout, data package size)
- Data access rights control;
- Data access audit;
- Data compression for network transmission.
Performance
- Support of certain data types caching in every WebRouter server
for acceleration of repeat access to them and lowering of network
traffic;
- Effective mass data delivery due to the use of a specialized
protocol based on TCP/IP;
- Maximal number of tags maintained by WebRouter node:
300 000;
- Maximal number of next nodes connected to every WebRouter node:
32;
- Maximal number of clients connected to every WebRouter node:
100;
- Average traffic size at transmitting of one signal change via
WebRouter network: 30 bite without compression.
