The department is engaged in automatic process control system
projecting both for oil-and-gas and other industries.
The department also deals with projects relating the
following systems:
- supervisory control systems for transportation, communications
and utilities lines as well as for onsite facilities, including oil
and gas pipelines, products pipelines, well pads, etc;
- leak detection systems;
- dispatch control systems for oil-and-gas industry;
- automated systems of fire suppression, fire and security alarm,
smoke protection, fire alert and evacuation, wire and wireless
communication, utility automation and process control instruments
management;
- standard technologies for different objects.
The department is particularly experienced in automation
of the following facilities:
- petrochemical plants;
- oil transfer pumping and filling stations;
- tank batteries;
- petroleum storage depots;
- boiler plants;
- pipelines, etc.
Achievements:
- conceptual design of the automatic process control system for
JSC "Transnefteprodukt";
- standard projects for JSC "Transnefteprodukt".
Standard design solutions
on:
- automation of production sites at line operation dispatcher
stations, distribution substations and loading depots;
- teleautomation of main oil-products pipelines;
- automation of oil transfer pumping stations and tank batteries
on the basis of state-of-the-art technology for JSC "Transneft".
Large scale automation projects:
- Sea terminal for refined oil-product transshipment at the
"Primorsk" commercial seaport;
- "Kstovo-Yaroslavl-Kirishi-Primorsk" main oil-products
pipeline;
- "Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean" (ESPO) oil pipeline
transportation system;
- "Kozmino" Marine Oil Harbor;
- Oil transfer facility at the Uyar station. Connection to the
main pipelines "Omsk-Irkutsk",
"Anzhero-Sudzhensk-Krasnoyarsk".
