Energy-efficient frequency converters for industrial and public utilities applications

On June 7 EleSy presented its new production line within the framework of the project to develop energy-efficient frequency converters for industrial and public utilities applications to an expert committee of Tomsk Regional Government.

Following its manufacturing excellence strategy EleSy developed its manufacturing facilities to set up a complete production cycle for a new product.

The expert committee, consisting of Alexander Pushkarenko, Chairman of the Committee for Science and Innovations, Tatiana Isakova, Acting Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee, and Alexey Baryshev, CEO of SEZ TIT "Tomsk", noticed EleSy's high production standards and advanced technologies:

  • automatic PCB mounting (fully-automatic SMT line, THT assembly line, automatic spray cleaning system);
  • automated optical inspection line;
  • production of device enclosures and housings (automatic punching machine, CNC brake press, plasma cutting system, etc.)
  • assembly and adjustment of electronic products;
  • climatic testing;
  • automatic test benches.

With its new frequency converter product EleSy addresses Russia's elevator industry. Elevator manufacturers and service providers from Moscow, Saratov, Penza and Samara have already given their preferences to the new product from EleSy.

EleSy actively cooperates with Sibelektromotor, Tomsk manufacturer of electric motors, to provide customers of both companies with complete solutions.

By launching new frequency converter product line EleSy took another successful step towards import substitution and innovation driven economy in Russia.
