  • Detailed description of the problem occurred. Specify the failure time, personnel actions preceding the failure),
  • Diagnostic information as listed:
    • Software completeness. Use the InfinityCompleteness program (START->All programs ->SCADA Infinity ->InfinityCompleteness),
    • The SCADA Infinity server application log,
    • Logs of devices (the directory for logs is specified in the settings of the program modules included in the SCADA system),
    • Screenshots showing error dialogs,
  • Additional information for us to conduct a full analysis.
